If Billy D. Williams was funny with gap teeth, he would be Jackie Jenkins Jr. The perfect combo of brains, humor, and common sense. A New Orleans Original, Jackie Jenkins Jr. has lived and toured across America. Always looking to control his art, this entrepreneur has two self- produced comedy specials, Jackie Jenkins Jr. Presents FU (2008), and Laughin Jack’s Presents: I Have a Dream, Too! (Amazon Prime 2018).

In 2005 Jackie started Comedy while attending Howard University. He joined the DC Improvs Class of '05, he opened for John Witherspoon (Pops), before moving to Los Angeles to pursue the dream. Living in LA after Hurricane Katrina, he used his Louisiana ID in Hollywood to perform at clubs like The Laugh Factory, The Comedy Store, The Improv on Melrose, and The Laff Stop. After meeting Patrice O’Neal at the Comedy Union, he learned the best way to be comfortable, and be yourself.

He took this advice and moved to New York (2006), then Atlanta (2007), before making his way back home to New Orleans (2008) where he dedicated his career to building a comedy scene in a city that only had two open mics. Through the years he opened for Paul Mooney on his tour stops to New Orleans.

In 2017, after the closure of NOLA Comedy Theater, he started Laughin Jack’s Productions, LLC. He currently is the Director, Producer, and Writer for his own independent Sketch Comedy Show, “Laughin Jack’s Presents: The Jackie Jenkins Jr Bootleg TV Show”, which has been monetized on Youtube and currently has over 50,000 views.

He recently performed in a showcase for Kenan Presents, and released an International Album, The Jackie Jenkins Jr. Bootleg TV Extravaganza (Live) Jackie is Currently performing at Festivals, and Casino's.
